Fatigue Science, the global leader in providing fatigue and performance predictive analytics and fatigue management information systems to heavy industry, military, and elite sports teams, is pleased to announce the launch of ReadiSupervise Mobile. This new functionality will help shift supervisors more effectively manage crew fatigue risk, improve operator safety, and increase crew performance in daily operations.

Following the recent launch of Supervisor Fatigue Alerts, release of ReadiSupervise Mobile provides supervisors a complete workflow, allowing them to observe, predict, plan, and intervene on crew member fatigue—all from a simple mobile app. Supervisors can view ReadiScores, indicating fatigue level, for each crew member under their supervision, both in real-time and forecasted for each hour in the shift ahead.

While the web-based ReadiSupervise has long been a critical tool for supervisors, the introduction of a mobile app allows supervisors to seamlessly take action in the field and integrate these steps directly into remote workflows.

“We believe fatigue management is a shared responsibility in every organization, and shift supervisors have a particularly unique and powerful role. A supervisor’s actions throughout a shift have a direct impact on their whole crew’s productivity and safety,” says Andrew Morden, President & CEO of Fatigue Science. “This year, in particular, we’ve seen a sea change as supervisors are now relying on the ReadiScore in daily decision-making, combining fatigue data with other inputs to assign the right worker to the right task at the right time.”

Robert Higdon, SVP of Product & Marketing of Fatigue Science, adds: “Listening to our industrial customers, we’ve seen the mobile experience grow increasingly crucial. More and more supervisors are taking action using fatigue data, particularly when in the field. With a mobile-first interface, we’re responding directly to our customers’ requests, making it easier for supervisors to assign fatigued workers to less safety-critical tasks and to ensure the most complex tasks are done at the most productive times.”

ReadiSupervise Mobile is part of Readi, the world’s leading Fatigue Management Information System (FMIS). Readi offers a comprehensive suite of fatigue management tools tailored to each role in an organization, including operations leaders, HSE staff, supervisors, and operators. ReadiSupervise Mobile is available now to all supervisors on the Readi FMIS.
