Miners across Australia have dug deep to raise money for the Grosvenor miners who remain in a critical condition at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. The Grosvenor Longwall Boys Fundraiser has reached more than $200K in donations today.

This fund-raiser was started by the B Crew Longwall Team who work with the injured mineworkers.

“This accident has shocked us all, and this is the least we can do to assist their families.  Together let’s financially assist the boys affected by the incident that occurred at Grosvenor, having a family member injured is always difficult, let’s dig deep to support them” Robin Buchanan (one of the organisers said).
