Designed and built in the Albury manufacturing plant, this new range of pressure cleaners offers users all the benefits expected of powerful high pressure water cleaners as well as the additional smart Spitwater features. The range offers water flows from 12 to 30 L/min and pressures from 2250 to 5000 psi. The heart of all Spitwater machines is an industrial brass head Interpump pump with three ceramic pistons – ideal for our water conditions. The Spitwater 'Oz-Tuff' belt drive system is now fitted to all Diesel and petrol engine powered models produced by Spitwater. This simple, yet very efficient, power transmission system uses toothed pulleys and toothed rubber/ Kevlar belt, ensuring smooth drive transmission from engine to pump as well as demanding less horse-power than a conventional gearbox. Kubota's standard single shaft balancer ensures less vibration and Kubota engines exceed the requirements of EPA Tier 1 and EU Tier 2 Exhaust Emission Regulations making them among the lowest exhaust emission Diesel engines on the market. All models are fitted with a large water cooling tank, a Spitwater feature, designed to offer real protection from temperature fluctuations in the pump. The water is drawn from and returned to the tank when the trigger is closed and the machine is operating. The machines are supplied ready to go with adjustable chemical venturi, 10 metres of heavy- duty high pressure hose, high quality heavy duty 5000 psi gun and a dual stainless steel lance with a high and low pressure valve. The new Spitwater Diesel powered range is ideal for many industrial applications, including mining, earthmoving, trucking and large workshops.
